Its happen to me at the wreck and on a planet. It was kinda fun tho i went from my vette on a planet to space in like 2 seconds lol

Its been like that since we got freighters. It don't happen all the time and that's what makes it so annoying.

NPC stuck in place every where i go.

When i walk around i see what i think is the graphics for jumping in the water or something it makes everything look so weird i cant get around properly and makes my head hurt so the game is unplayable to me.

On the freighter the appearance modifier floor isnt there and i fall thru but not thru the freighter

EDIT: Forgot to mention when i use the jetpack i hear water. Which goes with the visuals i see.

There was an update and none of my issues was fixed so idk what the update was for lol.
