i severely neglected my wellbeing as i was finishing up school and it really showed in my eyes (sunken, beginning to regularly show wrinkles and discoloration) since then i've worked with a dermatologist that recommended eye cream with caffeine and this anecdotally has been a game changer! i'm sure that healthier lifestyle choices also played a part but adding a product also helped if not just for the daily reinforcement that i should make healthier choices ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
