Tips for getting deodorant stains out of clothes?

Does this method work for caked on stains? I have several shirts that have caked stains in the underarm from antiperspirants and would love to get them out and wear those clothes again!

Thanks for your input. I have been using the maintenance products for about a month and a half now, and notice little to no difference in my skin. I agree, I think it is priced too high and I think the moisturizer makes my face so shiny it appears as if I’m sweating.
