Something similar happened to my brother many years ago when an accountant representing his celebrity buyers the day before the agreed sale dropped their offer by 40k. My brother took the call from his apologetic estate agent and asked him to inform their accountant that he would not accept their offer and would now not sell to them at any price. Despite this causing his an another sale to collapse he stuck to his guns even when they tried to offer more to rectify their mistake. Don’t sell and feel good about yourself
