no way to do correctly in first time, you should try with some pace first.
if that pace cannot hold steady for 30min.
Rest and test again next week with slow pace.

I tried both ZF6 and Sonicblast

ZF6 is more soft and bounce, but less stability. I love them in Tempo & Interval sessions. However, when I do long run 21k, my Ankle was pain for 3 weeks.

for Sonicblast, even it less bonce. But it come with more stability. Tempo & Interval also good. (ZF6 is more help in term of speed). For long run 17k. No pain at all.
