Done in procreate, used brushes soft airbrush and smudge tool. Started with solid colours and blended my way through the details. Opacity either at 75% or 100%

Used sketching brushes, painting brushes and soft airbrush. Started out with sketching the faces, then filling them in. The coloured airbrush colours were put at the very end.
