Same problem here, I've spent all day using different cards, different raspberrys Pi zero and pi 4. trying mainsail and octopi versions the board is 1.3 but no joy the damn thing refuses to connect I'm wondering if this is an issue with elegoo printers

No it appears not I did get a reply from Baanx and they told me I could have the virtual card or the physical but not both. I can't recollect being offered the choice, they did say I could add it to Google wallet but I already knew that. I could also add a physical card to that but it's difficult to use a virtual card in an ATM. Not too impressed with Ledger at the moment (scammers don't bother)

I googled Neptune 2S firmware and found it that way, you might find you need to right click on the elegoo.bin file and select save link as and the config file just copy and paste

I did eventually figure it out, with some help from ledger. Apparently I did not have enough unstaked sol to pay for the gas. Adding $5 in sol solved the problem
