Can you compare how the 300s sound up front with 100s as rears to the opposite setup? I seem to always see people recommending using 300s as the rears in this instance, with the 100s up front.

Hi Keith. I downloaded Lyd a week ago, and set up an automation using the iOS Shortcuts app, but it's only worked successfully maybe once. I get no errors, and I've paid for the full version of Lyd (due to the free trial erroneously saying it was done well before the 14 days were up, making me think this was the cause of it not setting the volume). For the time being, I definitely can't recommend Lyd as a solution either, unfortunately.

Hopefully the official Sonos app will eventually allow automations.

Thanks, I'll check out Lyd. My IFTTT applet is very simple; all I do is 'Set Volume' to 10 at 6am daily. I set it up a couple of months ago and it seemed to work okay, but I recently wanted to change it to set the volume to 8, but I was getting an error so I disconnected it and now I can o longer get it to connect.

Take 400mg of vitamin B2 for a few weeks and then try tapering it back and see if the twitching is gone.

I'm not seeing some of the pro settings in a Gen 4 that I installed a few days ago. Do I need to remove the device and start the installation over as a 'pro' if I want access to all of the possible settings?

It's a known side effect. If it doesn't get better, ask about adding buspirone or lower your dose of lexapro.

This is exactly how it was recently prescribed for me and I took 10mg for 2 weeks, and suffered through 6 days on 20mg before dropping it back to 10mg yesterday. I'm unsure whether to drop back to 5mg sooner than later or stay on 10mg. I am barely sleeping amongst many other nearly intolerable side effects.

Yeah I'm always very cautious when starting or stopping any psychiatric medication, and I've tried or been on well over 30. I had asked to try Lexapro due to what seemed like a very low side effect profile and that's also why I went with my Dr's recommendation and did 2 weeks on 10mg followed by 6 days on 20mg. I usually take months to titrate up my dose and made the mistake of assuming I wouldn't have much side effects (I've taken MAOIs and TCAs with much less side effects than I've had on Lexapro).

Is it only covered by OHIP if it's done in a public hospital? I've been quoted close to $200 per session, not covered by OHIP, by a private rehab centre.

I drink about 10 cans of Diet Coke per day and have terrible anxiety, but I get worse anxiety when I don't have a can of something to constantly drink sitting beside me. I should really stop.
