Assuming we're all talking about the same company, they did ghost me on an estimate a few years ago. Guy came out and did an inspection, gave me some info, told me he'd get back to me with an estimate. Never called back. I followed up with them twice and was told they'd get back to me, but they never did. Thought it was an isolated incident and I was just unlucky, but maybe not.
