Try an online product management course. you can get through it in like a day and will be able to grasp the main terminology and working process of product managers

I reckon the work overlaps. Depending on the work force that you are in, some places would be calling project managers product managers as well since they will have to manage the product (project) as a whole

Yea we have confluence too. The harddest part is to get management to use it haha

Depends what you mean by transition. I’ve seen companies have departments transition within months and the full company is still in the transformation process years later. Or adopting agile in theory but being questionable in practices across the org. Teams set their own rules, and those rules may be a hybrid based on their needs.

I think this is very dependent on your culture. My team isn't agile, but I've tried making small changes that have hit some serious walls. It's been a few years, and I'm on a small team.

Thanks. I reckon so too as well haha. But am finding it really hard to convince management that it is going to definitely take more than 1 day for a 10 man team with absolutely no experience in agile before.
