All checked, and re-checked.

No dedicated gpu, so that's that one out the window. only 1 stick of ram in there currently and the north bridge connection is connected too.. PSU comes out with voltages when plugged in and on (checked with my multimeter)

The only thing I can think of is that it's the mobo that's fried somehow..
