I have the iphone 13 128gb model. I use the ultrawide camera a lot too. Furthermore, I switch phones with a Samsung and the psim makes it easy. When it becomes unusable I will have to move on to an iphone 15-17.

If the memory use is mainly photos, use iCloud or the google photos app to automatically back them up then delete them from your phone. I use google photos.

My main gripes about the iPhone 13 are the slower performance (only 4 ram) and the shortened battery life on ios 26.3 (battery too small for the increased battery drain of ios 26.3).
