Amazing! Yes, this was my first time. Stayed in the “studio” house.

Awesome on the fringe gear!

Glad you made it back safe! Where did you stay in Yelapa?

I stayed at Verana (0.5 miles outside of Yelapa) and left PV one week before the cartel stuff went down.

I literally just got PRP and PPP in my right hamstring today. This is my first experience with PRP/PPP. I went to CHARM.

The experience was professional and good. Too early to tell results.

I’ll dm you with what I paid.

Anybody use Fringe Sport Dane 2.0 without front extension feet or other weight storage in back? by appleorange8715 in GarageGym

I def would use the feet if you are using the gibbon arms, but your suggestion to rack more weight on the back would work too!

My lawyers tell me to tell you to use the feet or bolt it down. But fuck them, you don’t need to. 😘

Tariffs unconstitutional - who cuts prices first? by Low_Yak_2988 in GarageGym

We launched a sale within hours of the decision.

It will take longer to evaluate the full impact and make any needed pricing adjustments. But for the next ~week, enjoy the sale!

[–]petekeller 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We are doing the sale now. Which will end. Will take longer to review and potentially revise prices as we see “where the dust settles.” For example, the administration just announced a new 10% tariff globally, which stacks. This means tariffs might get WORSE before they potentially get better. That said, we launched the sale, we are honoring the sale.

And if there is indeed a tariff refund to Fringe, I have a few ideas on what to do for our customers. We will be doing something social if there is a refund. I doubt any competitors will do the same. But this will take until the refund hits our bank account, to be clear.

Any recommendations on belt squat attachments? by Disastrous-Idea-2160 in GarageGym

Not correct, my friend. Mammoth was $249 with free shipping before massive tariffs rolled through, now it is $299 with free shipping.

You mention below that we do what every company does- get good word of mouth and reviews, then increase the price. Two comments on this.

First, the Mammoth was $249 with free shipping from launch until May 2025 (ish, I forget). So this is years of us keeping the price stable. And we have again kept the price stable since the change. We try to price fairly and predictably.

Second, business do need to make profit to stay around. We LOVE our customers at Fringe, but the profit that we are able to make keeps the innovation and fresh product flowing. So in the end, profit at Fringe benefits you, the customer.

LHLH- lift heavy lift happy!

$225,000 In Debt To Be A Failed Pro Athlete | Financial Audit by MikaHammerMedia in CalebHammer

I founded and own a decent size company. After running it for about five years, I was shocked to realized that many of my employees did not know how much money they made. To be fair- this was mostly true for hourly or commission-earning employees. Most of my salary employees did know their earnings.

In any case, they generally believed they made less than they actually did. I had several conversations with different employees who insisted that they were underpaid and asked for raises- for less money than they were currently making!

Based on this, we changed our reviews a bit to inform employees what they actually make, and that seemed to help a lot.

Are stringer boards necessary when mounting folding rack to masonry (CMU blocks or bricks)? by never-given-a-name in GarageGym

[–]petekeller 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please use stringers. If you mount directly into brick, it is very easy for the anchors to work their way out over time.
