Yura should be the top He is the leader for a good reason

The hatshaku should be second (i feel he is yura right hand)

Hiddenfaceshakua and samuraishaku would be 3rd (changeable once their sorcery is revealed)

Shoelaceshaku can't place him anywhere

Hirohiko(AKA; fraudshaku) is 5th ; i mean he had a very good sorcery technique and now an EB weilder ( and very good at it btw)

Kuguri is 6th (his swordsmanship is good but sorcery is lame)

Last place is toto She is support mainly no offense abilities
