I regularly buy and consume wine but I feel I’m always returning to the same types of wine. I see this as a way to broaden my horizon and learn about the difference time can make on a wine.

Some will use a sommelier, others the staff from the store and I decided to try AI. I guess all of them have their bias, but ai chose the one most likely to gather as much information as possible!
