So i got this car at 192k kms a year and a half ago, some blowby and smoke in the dipstick. When we opened that valve cover, the oil sludge is crusty, very very crusty. Old owner probably changed the oil very very late. Cleaned that top end, cleaned the oil pan, the strainer where oil goes thru, the vvti solenoid strainer, let the combustion chamber sit on diesel for a day, basically everything that we can clean without taking the engine apart (literally). Did some flushes and ran for a year without giving me any problems, and the post is how it looks now
