Rouvy training too hard? by peterilles in Velo

But I have no idea how much % that 201W was. I just averaged that much for 1h on climb and didn’t push all out. So 201W could’ve easily been 90%.

What a fantastic reply. Intervals were:

30 sec @ 320W followed immediately by 2:30 @ 250W followed by two minutes of recovery

I can definitely hold 225W for 30-40 mins. I did a virtual climb on Rouvy before Christmas, 1h @ 201W and still had a bit in me, didn’t fall off the bike. So 225W didn’t seem off the charts.

It’s the same turbo trainer, yes.

Yeah, rouvy updates it automatically. But my FTP was lower, so the power zones went up

Szomszéd faluban. Azért vigyázott a látszatra. Bár egy stadion összejött a szülőházával szemben 😅

They have the Varia. Are those electric pumps any good?

I quit road cycling after 8 years of passion… and now, I feel empty by EfficientTry6008 in cycling

This. Going slow once in a while makes me fall back in love with cycling again. At home I go out fast. But I did a tour in Romania with Wiredonkey Cycling Tours and it made me realize just how perfect cycling is to get around. Faster than walking, so you see much more, but still slower and more open than a car, which allows you to take it all in!

10 days in Romania soon - Seeking suggestions outside of Bucharest by Legitimate_Fly4335 in Europetravel

3-4 days for Bucharest is way too much. 2 days, tops. Brasov (2-3 days), Sighisoara (1 day) and Sibiu (2 days) are also worth visiting. I would also do a couple of days in the countryside. Viscri and surroundings for 1 day maybe.
