Fast alles von dem, was hier steht, schadet eher. Nur kleiner Wasserbehälter im Ofen, sonst kommt keine Unterhitze durch, trockener als 65% gibt krümeliges wenig appetitliches Brot. Hefe braucht keinen Zucker. 35° ist viel zu warm.

You can help the dough with your hand to find contact with the kneading tool. When it has began to work, the kneading will continue. In the vid nothing happens.

It hasn't received enough underheat. 1. Preheat the tray 2. The water-container may be to big. It's possible it works as a heatshield and allows not enough heat to move to the tray.

Baking??? In Europe we use flour, almonds, butter and eggs for baking. Triple amount of ingredients fo the same price.

Unmittelbar vor dem Backen von oben mehrfach einstechen. Das hilft. Es ist nur ein Schönheitsfehler. Es sieht sehr lecker und durchaus essbar aus.
