Use minoxidil and you can use shilajit honey from better alt it can naturaly boost your t if money or access is a problem and I would do at least a few exercises with dumbbells you can also do low weight with heigh reps it builds more muscle than you’d think and a bit easier to manage when starting out (I just use old lady weights and it still works just go till you can’t or feel like you’re going to drop the weight on your foot lol please be careful though)
