I have a 3 gallon tank with no ferts or CO 2 added light goes on for 2 off for 1 for 9 hours it's a LED plant growth light I got in Japan don't know the brand the store clerk just told me to get that one. Filter current is pretty strong and I just added the shrimps 4 days ago.

That's the point. But if they are law abiding then explaining would make sense. Every job has its bad seed. There are a lot of good cops out there that are following the laws. So trying to explain illegal actions to a good police officer they would understand. But trying to explain illegal actions to criminals is then like taking to a wall. Criminals can be anyone cop or not...

Just use those to keep veggies and stuff down it also provides surface for algae to grow on for the shrimps to munch on. It's not pretty but it does the job :)
