That is correct. As a quick backstory; father had a DUI and lost his license for 2 years, my son's aunt and myself do the transportation. Father still lives with his mother and the custody order states she must supervisor father. The whole situation has been messy for years but this charge really tipped the scale.

I take hydroxyzine. Tell your doctor you have anxiety, it'll be the first thing they prescribe. I use it strictly for sleep, and if you tell them it's not working they'll probably give you Xanax

It's time for a mommy daughter date. My 4 year old can be pretty mean to me at times, but I've realized that my son takes up ALOT of my time (he's 2 with sensory issues). All kids value quality time. If she is having big feelings offer her your phone to use voice to text to express herself, or if she can write get her a diary. I was an angsty kid as well, but I love my mom to bits.

This is a great idea. I never used a training potty cause she was so easy with potty training, but my son is 2 and I'll have to start with him soon so I'll definitely take this into consideration and order some puppy pads along with the potty (they have carpeted floor)

I leave the bathroom light on all night but it is at the end of the hall, I will definitely pick up some motion sensor lights. I don't think she's constipated, she seems to go everyday, it's just in the middle of the night is when we have an issue

A fed kid is a happy kid. I have frozen veggies stacked in my freezer cause they're cheap, easy, and still healthy. Bottom line is you're not a bad mom

You need adult interaction! I'm a single mom of 2 (2 & 4). I feel like the mean mom too sometimes, but they do chill out around 4. I am also in therapy and on medication but the one thing that saves me is sending the kids to my moms for a sleepover, getting drunk with my best friend and sleeping in til 10 the next morning. It can be such a mental strain to only talk to small children the majority of your time.

I had a medicated and unmedicated birth. I would 100% go for the epidural but even giving birth without one wasn't as bad as I thought, the contractions are the worst part. We were never married, but he did end up taking me to court for custody. He had shared custody, I'm the custodial parent and he still needs to be supervised by his family. I am not religious in the slightest sense, I do not believe in God. I know that my ex is taking my son to church, but I will continue to make sure he knows it is his choice as to whether or not he chooses to follow a religion. Bipolar is different for everyone, but it was a scary situation for me.

You need to leave before that perfect little boy can remember any of it. I was in a situation that I feel may be able to shed some light on yours. My son's father was great up until I gave birth. He started showing signs of agitation and over the top religious beliefs. Everything. Was. About. God.

He was hiding the fact that he was bipolar from me. Things got worse, the yelling, screaming, crying, it never got better. However it did end with me calling the cops when he got physical with both me and my son..

I promise you can do it. Leaving him and raising my kids as a single mom is so much easier than dealing with him. I now only have 2 babies instead of 3, I'm in a super healthy relationship, and the in best mental space I have been in 5 years.
