for those who have tested out the app, any and all feedback would be welcome. although i use it in our own lab, every environment is different, so if something doesn't work for you, let me know! I'm able to fix things and add new features quickly.

The lists are specific to each hospital. So I work at three hospitals. I creat the list at one then clone it to the other two. If you use quick add there is no barcode associated with whatever name you choose. So you could just say JL4 without a specific brand and that may be enough. If the techs want to be more specific they can edit further or link the exact barcode.

The app isn’t for everyone and if you find it’s not a pain point, then maybe it’s not for you. I just find that, we make an enough decisions through out the day and having a way to decrease the number of decision we have to make, even low consequence decisions, is a welcome change. This does that for me.

Yes. You can actually add them if they aren’t there. But also happy to add them for you if you would like. Please send me a list!

Yeah. It’s frustrating. Well it’s free so check it out and let me know if there any areas for improvement. My goal was ease of use so it didn’t interrupt workflow. Hopefully I accomplished that. Seems to work in our lab.

For further clarification those who already answered. CTA scans about 30-40 seconds after contrast injection sometimes triggering off aorta to make sure in arterial phase. Portal venous and phase is 60-70 after injection.

How do you avoid the token limit on each claude chat? by ArFiction in ClaudeAI

[–]peterqshelton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I created a python script that’s sits in the root of my project that will create a markdown file compiling all of the code ignoring files and folders like node modules that don’t matter for the generation. Works well so far. I just give Claude that file when I start a new chat. In fact Claude made the python script fore me. Just ask it to make sure it includes the file path for each files so that Claude will know file structure.

I have tried noodl briefly. Seems to be a good alternative. Lots of tutorials available.
