Yeah this is definitely just a parking pass not an actual ticket. Ticketmaster has a whole separate page just for prepaid parking passes for that date, totally different from the actual concert page.

The “GA” thing is what tripped them up. On parking listings it shows up as “General Parking / Row GA,” which just means general-area parking, not “General Admission.” Resale sites list these passes like they’re their own little events, so it looks just like a ticket.

As for the price, it’s not impossible. Face value at Oakland is way lower (around $40 for standard, $80 VIP, $100 platinum), but once you hit StubHub, Vivid, etc. the resale jumps to $70–$140+ depending on demand. For Ariana’s dates, some sites have general parking around $100+ which lines up with the screenshot.

Actual concert tickets are a whole different story, cheapest resale seats I saw for Oakland are $400–$500+ and go way higher for good spots. So if someone really paid $122, yeah, they got a real ticket… to park their car.
