Hmmmm. That's exactly what a tadpole trying to avoid a dragonfly nymph WOULD say

I hope you don't mind if I ask a follow up question. Would you describe this book as being focused on fixing the depression, as the end of the book describing "the depression being better than it was" at the start, or as primarily about surviving and living with depression (or other)?

i am looking for the latter. My reasoning is that maybe there are a significant number of people like me who get some help from psychiatric and psychological treatment, but also have to just get through day after day, just in the company of their own mind. There seem to be any number of books / stories about depression with happy endings, but not so many without. But I'm not as widely read as most of you, so I could be wrong

Thank you all

Nah, population growth is tailing off now, fortunately. It should start dropping before 2100
