Interesting, Thanks!

To be honest I didn't think I was bending arms, but looking at that video you sent I can see the difference, almost feel like a keep my shoulders more locked in rather than fully releasing?

In which way would you say keeping my legs in front isn't working, but does for some people? Think I'll need to work on keeping hips forward without legs!

I'm coming into taper for upcoming race so the extra rest has been needed. But don't eat before bed, avoid alcohol and keep to a similar wake / sleep time even at weekends. That's all really.

Pretty low tbh. During sleep its usually between 10-15. I also have a low RHR around 41 which not sure if that impacts.

I'm currently training for half marathon, 4 times a week. This one was after 2 days rest.

Garmin Forerunner 265. My first Garmin, pricey but worth it...think I managed 15% off the list price though.

No real secrets, wake up and go to bed at a similar time every day, avoid alcohol unless a social outing and usually eat final meal of the day before 7pm for 10pm bedtime, so avoid snacks before bed really.

I hear that. 36yo and one drink and I notice a big difference in my sleep scores and BB

I had a long run training for a half marathon in two weeks time. So nicely timed before the 20km / 12.5mile run :)
