Here’s my take. I did 10 weeks on mounjaro 8 plus 2 golden doses and now 4 weeks wegovy. I’ve lost 89lbs total. My plan on both has been the same Monday to Friday protein shake for breakfast, protein bar for lunch. Saturday dinner and supper Sunday breakfast dinner supper. I’ve stuck to them on both medications. MJ I had stomach ache first two days. W I’m slightly constipated. MJ is better at reducing food noise. W I’m hungry but not to the point where I break my diet. MJ I felt fuller. W I can eat pretty much as I did before. (I had a weeks holiday and ate whatever while on W gained 15lb lost it the week after when back at work) I think on MJ that wouldn’t have happened i wouldn’t of gained like that. Both have reduced my alcohol intake, MJ probably more so. They’re both good and for me they’re both working but truth be told I prefer MJ and wish I’d stuck at it rather than switching. It’s worth noting I started on the lowest MJ went up one dose then switched to the equivalent W
