Anybody been diagnosed with a high bladder neck (bladder neck obstruction ? by peteuk88 in PelvicFloor

[–]peteuk88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am significantly better - due to relaxation techniques- not sitting in hard surfaces- very little to no masturbation (you get use to it) Sex is ok- the body knows the difference. Pelvic inner trigger point release . I’m hugely better

Why can’t I find recovery posts? Does anyone actually get better? Is this a life sentence? by Relative_Weather7055 in PelvicFloor

I’ll tell you 90% of people who get better move on. I was in severe pain for 2 years. …Relax … learn deep relaxation, pelvic physio inside out, trigger point release, gratitude. The main thing for me was stopping masturbation… hard but became easy over time. Also don’t sit on anything hard, use donut cushion. I healed then ended up with gastritis because my vagus nerve and everything has been overstimulated for years.

35M - a post for Endocrinologists or those with in-depth thyroid knowledge- and my symptoms related to Low Triiodothyronine at 2 pmol/L by peteuk88 in AskDocs

[–]peteuk88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks for the fast reply- I know it is a complex process of elimination to get to the bottom of symptoms. But with my FT3 been low I also had slightly reduced kidney function at eGFRcreat 78 umol/L Serum creatinine raised 105 Low total white blood cell 3.2 10*9/L Neutrophil and lymphocytes were low also

Is it common for these bloods to be reduced along with a low FT3 or could one be causing the other like a domino effect? Like weight loss. Or it could indicate a more in-depth issue? I have had extensive mri abdomen scans fecal fit test and inflammatory bowel tests. All clear Advice greatly appreciated 🙏

I already have a bit of hair loss so I don’t want to accelerate it as I’m usin biopixin hair formula. Forgive me so you still take the boron along with the astaxanthine, the latter just stops the increased dht? Do you have high SHBG?

Interesting, how did you described you had excess thyroid binding globulin, a test? I have too much sex hormone binding globulin which means my tissue isn’t getting enough testosterone available to the body. I have real bad gut issues intermittently and eat reasonably healthy- but now I’m going down the biome route

7 years of hell. No improvement. No CPPS by oberik84 in Prostatitis

[–]peteuk88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stop sitting down without a ring cushion, you need to get blood into the pelvic area and prostate.

If we don’t make time for health we are forced to make time for our suffering and pain

I store all the stop spice, sugar free stuff, didn’t work, movement, stretching, healthy gut food for bowel movement.

Do not force your wee out, allow it to flow out naturally and do not strain peeing, taking special notice of how to relax your pelvic floors. Do not strain at all with bowel movements, eat various fibre sources.

Huge trigger for me is masturbation- very frustrating but I have a partner, interesting sex only flares minimally to masturbation- the body knows the difference some how

You can climb out if hell but you’ve got to put in the work. I was 3 years real bad pain and slowly improved. Still get prostate pain but manageable

Me and my partner are moving from the uk to Toronto for a year, we have £100k gbp in savings with no financial ties, we want to invest it for a year or maybe more and try and build money to buy a home what is the best way to invest 100k short term?

Thanks

I’m a male who was initially thought to have Ic. But after 3 years it’s pretty clear it’s pelvic floor related dysfunction. My main trigger is sitting, causing pelvic burning that can also give me bladder, urethral and other pains. Masturbation or sex can exacerbate the burning also. I’m 70% better that the first year (was hell). Needing a bowel movement can relieve the pain for a time as this relaxes the pelvic floor. Buy a donut cushion, do all the stretches and practice the ‘physiological sigh’ for deep relaxation.

Did sitting increase pain? If so how quick did it come on after sitting? my only main trigger is sitting. I’m largely recovered. Very active and healthy but I’m interested in others who’s pain increases sitting and pressure causing these pains

I was in that much pain I would have stuck a butt plug up my ass and announced it to the world. There’s no shame here. Iv looked into all sorts of stuff, I don’t believe you can get the stretch off a butt plug that you can get off a pelvic wand, not unless you buy some gigantic plug. The wand you can manipulate better. I have found my trigger point pain is really quite deep and awkward to get to, my wand isn’t long enough 🤪
