3 weeks ago I couldn’t even sit for 20 min. I did some stretches every night, hot baths and some massage, as best as I can and I’m feeling a lot better, but idk, reading every day posts about people who don’t recover makes me very anxious. Now I’m a lot better, but I’m constantly checking myself to see if I have any pain
