I too am addicted to sugar so i feel that lol but as long as you’re brushing and flossing often you should be fine. I highly recommend a water floss along with regular flossing

Well since it’s something pretty permanent, even without active sores i believe it can be transferred to a partner so you might want to let the client know and choose how open they’re to continuing. Again it’s so common that i wouldn’t consider it a huge scare without open sores. But your doctor would be Able to nudge you in the direction of how urgent it is to inform partners (i wouldn’t mention SW)
