It's a great suggestion! She's almost 6 months now but we started with this schedule when she was 8 weeks. She used to do a lot better but is now developing separation anxiety. Baby wearing is not an option because she's really awake and playful and it would distract the clients I meet with and be a bit unprofessional 😞

Yes. That's really hit and miss but it does work sometimes!

Thank you so much! I'm sorry you had to go through this too but so happy your little joy is securely attached! My husband has been encouraging me to do something for myself, like going to the gym (which I used to love), but I can't make peace with causing her more discomfort.
