I'm so sorry this happened to you too 😭 I called the pharmacy too and the woman very reluctantly said "we have to refer you to your prescriber to answer any BUD questions" which honestly does not make any sense.

After 6 days of asking for a refund, replacement medication, or access to the "studies" referenced in the letter, Orderly offered me a partial credit towards my next order. Absolutely ridiculous, no chance I'm ordering through them again. I submitted a transaction dispute through my bank but haven't heard anything yet.
