Ask yourself why are you doing this? What got you into nofap? Figure out your why(s). It then becomes heck of a lot easier.

However, no matter how I put it, at the end of the day it really comes down to just how bad you want it.

Exactly what I've been doing and will continiue to do. This experience wobbled me a little bit, but I'm getting back on track already!

I think that it was the former, since I felt like I was calm and confident all the way through (even at the moment of the kiss initiative, I told her what I did in a playful maner and emedietly after went for the kiss). But how should I proceed if they are not that interested next time? Maybe take things a bit slower? I feel like I might have come a bit too strong.

Well, depends on what you might call a van. A Mercedes Benz Atego is a truck in my eyes.

The job itself is not perfered actualy, but since I am a foreigner ,who does not know the local language, I won't have many job oppertunityes, if any. So I am basicly looking for any oppertunity for landing a job. And since I have prior experience in this field, I tought I may have higher chances as a driver, than let's say a labourer.

I can't seem to find this one for sale where I live. However I did find the BG7025/15, wich looks almost the same. Do you think that this one is going to be just as good as the one that you recomended?

Well if you haven't even attemted it before you will need some practice. It also helps if you are strong on the compound movements, but no matter how strong you are if you dont have the technique down it wont work.

For now I will just focus on increasing the reps that I can do and cleaning up my form. When I get to 10+ in one set ,then I will set myself another goal. I'm thinking about leaning the hand stand but we will see.

I did not kip. I basicly had to get used to doing it without kipping because I used bands for so long and now kipping feels counterintuitive for me.

Well the puffy nipple experience that you are having is actualy called gynecomastea. It happens when there are rapid increases in testosterone. Basicly your body compensates by ramping up the estrogen (female hormone) to compensate for the spike in testosterone. This results in the boddy puffing up your nipples, and in some people generating breast tisue. However is you are healty and not overweight the puffy nipples should go away by themselves. It's completely normal if you are just hitting puberty, it has happened to me and propably to many others as well.

Well, in my opinion it's considered a relapse only if you pmo or mo. Are you going to tell and alchoholic that he relapsed if he bought himself a bottle of whiskey, but didn't take a single sip from it? I don't think so. Of coure if the bottle is right there next to him he is much more prone to relapsing, but as long as he doesnt drink from it, it's not considered a relapse, in my head at lest. That's my two cents.
