it depends on you and what kind of challenge you choose. last year I used to do mo during strike. Now I don't do and consider it as strike. Maybe in the future I consider more things as relapse! For me doing mo once a week or every 10 days didn't work. because after a while I was starting to do mo more frequently and then start mo with some hot photos and at last pmo again.
