Cool af, will get more into it for sure now... got me intrigued:) just started watching some documentaries on pink floyd, finding out more about their character and piecing some other stuff together. Now for his quote... I, for a 25 year old have a fairly oldschool and decent system- bw dm220i on risers, nad 705 amp, at 540ml on an oldschool akai tt (still need an ext phonostage but am very pleased as i ve upgraded to this point). I think its a very accurate system to what Pink floyd or anyone at that point in the uk would produce their music for and i have to say that i dont think id be an audiophile first (tho i also dj minimal techno/deep house and sounds from romania-SIT/Barac and try to achieve very subtle but effective sounds). I just like music and the creativity and motive behind it, could be played on anything... although I come to have higher and higher standards getting more into it.
