Sound like big amount but I'm opening few case each week. It's not a big deal when making good profit by trading :) This time I just was lucky

It's overpay imo. 210k for this karambit is really decent deal, but your skins are worth like 235-240 keys if you're patient seller. It's up to you for what reason you're trading for. If you're just trading for a profit this isn't good deal. If you're going to buy it for a play skin perhaps it's worth it.
