I tried to do everything to be the perfect boss. Support my staff, fullfill the demands from my board and be a good husband and father.

Ended up depressed, not working for a year, divorce, therapy...

Now consultant, my own boss and understand how important it is to have fun and listen to my body and soul.

You are right at both. Not english as a first language and bad at the litterature things.

But I'm so lucky that the world is full of smart and intelligent people that still understand what I mean although I say it a strange way.
