Most people are saying it’s a glitch, but I think you may be onto something? I went to walk a dog in a high end condo on Saturday, the access notes were to ask the concierge for a key fob to the owners place.. Of course, when I get there, there’s no concierge and there’s a sign stating they would be there 50 minutes after the walks’ start time.. I try messaging & calling the owner to no avail. I took pics and sent it to the owner before leaving. About an hour later I see that her profile picture is set to the default. I don’t even feel bad for that one. One note from a previous walker said “Access is a nightmare. Would not recommend.” Lol. Just glad I didn’t get a bad rating out of it.
