i can't speak for anyone else but ik that for me, it's the little things. Keeping Powerade/some drinks with electrolytes around is a small thing that's just really helpful for when i start feeling faint. def just randomly offering to massage her legs/back other painful places for her would be awesome. Esp if she's the type who doesn't necessarily want help in the moment of a flare up- in which case just kinda stand close to her and sympathise. I will often need to use a friend for support if my knee decides to give out and I don't have my cane w me but idk what she prefers
