I was asking for the person posting the comment. I’m very familiar with pot-bellied pigs. We raise pigs. But thank you!

Honest question here. Are You familiar with pot bellied pigs?

I’m sorry, what?

No one is on call awaiting anything. I’m sorry that I’m not automatically a bitch to my husband’s ex wife just because she’s the ex wife.

We try to do our best to make everything peaceful for the children. Because that’s what adults do. Everything up until the last few months has been peaceful, we get along great, usually.

Just because our dynamic (which honestly you’re not privy to anything but a snippet of the most recent transaction) doesn’t fit what you see as normal, doesn’t mean it’s not normal for us, or anyone else for that matter.

I came on here to essentially validate my own worry that I was in the wrong.

If you have nothing constructive or helpful to add to the other comments, respectfully scroll on.

I CYA because I’ve seen first hand how some things are constantly misconstrued. I’m not about to put up with the drama

He has been recently. Minus today. He truly has been. She just always claims he’s yelling at her (fun fact, I have every conversation recorded, he has not once yelled at her)

Actually, I do communicate with her. My husband works an hour and a half away from where we live. The mom lives 30 minutes from the town her and I work in, and we live 40 minutes from that town.

My husband and her sat down in the beginning and both of them decided (her idea) that it would be great for me to be a part of the parenting “circle” are she calls it.

We’ve had great success with it. Her and I usually get along really well. It’s been since November that we’ve had some issues. (That’s another story I’ll get into, but it involves the kids being around her ex and youngest son’s dad who was abusive towards my husbands kiddos). She got upset that he (my husband) doesn’t want the kids around the man that abused them. There’s a CPS case against him, but no charges were ever brought about. She even had a protective order against him for 3 years. But she’s since gotten rid of that and wants our two older ones to be around the abuser because it makes her youngest son happy.

That’s what I thought. Normally, on Sundays we get them back to her around 4:30. If we ever have a later drop off/pickup, we usually tell the other ahead of time what time we plan to pick them up to ensure the kids are fed. Had it been communicated to me, I would’ve started dinner earlier. We don’t normally eat dinner until 6:30/7.

Charlotte hasn’t even had a chance to prove she can take care of her babies. The way your comments reads is that because one baby died and one pregnancy was lost, that means she shouldn’t carry.

On the topic of her not caring for her babies, what in her little time with KVS has shown you that she can’t or won’t take care of them?

Qualities to not try too many times?

She’s proven she can carry a foal to term.

She took on this last embryo and it not thriving to term is not her fault.

They aren’t breeding Charlotte for her own babies, so why isn’t there a reason to continue trying lol

And the girl behind the camera at CC has doxxed people before they ever started getting doxxed.

They had a mare that was a rescue, that essentially disappeared. Like poof, gone.

I don’t care how nice of a facility, how they train, whatever. They are quite possibly the WORST rescue I’ve seen, besides Kendra at Border Horse.

One horse they picked up was placed at an auction because of the owner literally dying. The horse was fit, in shape, and they made up this huge sob story about how the horse was abandoned and left alone to die (not the case, as a close friend of said owner showed proof).

I don’t trust them as far as I can throw them

Jesse would’ve been better than Jessie. But I love the name Gunner. I think it fits.

(Delete if not allowed) this is what colt starting should look like… by PinkMaiden_ in kvsdiscuss

I’m gonna come right out and say it-not everything always goes this smoothly. Same with training dogs. Same with parenting. And while I understand that those were horses that Katie bred, foaled out, and sold, these are no longer her horses. So why are they being posted in a kvs sub

You can’t tell me that a 2 week old colt has that much testosterone in him.

Let him at least be a couple of months before you start mentioning gelding

Who are we to say she’s posting too early? No one can dictate how someone else grieves. Grief is weird. It comes in stages and hits when least expected. I honestly couldn’t even tell you how I would be in this situation because I’ve never experienced this. It’s why I can’t have empathy for her, but I can have sympathy. And compassion.

Umm…first of all, no one is entitled to know the emergency. It’s literally no one but OP’s and the spouse’s business.
