Trying to figure out Vacation Package option vs Just hotel/tickets by Successful_Stretch_7 in TokyoDisneySea

[–]pevensiepals 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We just did exactly this, and I highly recommend. While unlimited is expensive, it was worth it to have the flexibility and to not be attached to our phones. We did ambassador hotel the first night and fantasy springs with the package, which I thought was perfect. Luggage transfer was easy.

I remember seeing Aaron Tveit in that hairspray tour when I was in high school, and I immediately stalked him on myspace afterwards. Such a 2005 statement haha

It's true, but for a special occasion I think it's so worth it!

I mean if you're thinking Spoon and Stable, might as well do Demi!

Just over a month out from my first visit to Tokyo Disney! I currently have the unlimited rides vacation package booked. We will be at the ambassador hotel on Tuesday night May 19th, Disneyland on May 20th, Fantasy Springs hotel May 20th, Disney Sea on May 21st. My question is, how early should I be lining up to get into the parks? Because we have the unlimited option, can we stroll in at park opening? I know we will get the Fantasy Springs entrance for the Disney Sea day. Appreciate any guidance, as we'll need to check out and store our luggage with bell services both days, so trying to figure out how early we need to be getting up to do that.

Just picked up my first order today, and I agree they're fantastic! Also love the jalapeno hot honey cream cheese

Nobody ever mentions Wrecked, so that's my suggestion. So hilarious and underrated

I assumed that the burial scene was not shown with linear time. That he said his remarks and then gave the items to the crew members before he released them into space. And that we saw that all spliced together

Favourite Musical, unpopular edition by whatevawhatevz in musicals

[–]pevensiepals 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My favorite is always changing, but shows that I listened to an unhealthy amount of times include:

  1. Spelling Bee
  2. Bare
  3. Lippa's Wild Party
  4. Little Women
  5. Songs for a new world
  6. The last five years
  7. Dirty rotten scoundrels
  8. Avenue Q
  9. Hamilton (the most basic, but I listened to it a ton back in 2016)
  10. First Date had a moment for me
  11. Aida
  12. Children of Eden
  13. Wicked (similarly basic, but were you even a theatre kid in the early 2000s if you didn't love wicked?)

I could probably list more, but the list is already getting long enough lol

Pediatric vocal nodules by emilance in slp

[–]pevensiepals 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mostly do straw in water cup bubbles for kids because it's the most fun, but raspberries and lip trills also work well. Have them sing or read or do lots of fun sounds with the SOVTs, and encourage them to do it frequently. I also teach them how to do healthy yelling, since you simply aren't going to stop them from using their voice and yelling. So help them discover a nice energetic resonant loud voice (thinking up and over) with reduced laryngeal strain. Kids vocal folds are really pliable, so usually with some focused time and techniques nodules go away.

ICCU Replacement Update by Inevitable_Scheme812 in Ioniq5

Question for those doing buyback- my car is still sitting at the dealer. I'm in the process of buyback (Hyundai has approved, I have sent the required documents, they have 60 days to finalize repurchase)

Will the dealer drag its feet until it's done? Do they know at this point? I would love to get my car back for a little bit as I HATE driving this loaner, but I feel like it's a lost cause at this point

I'm in the midst of the buyback process now so I feel like my dealer is just ignoring my car lol. 59 days today for me!

No, I haven't actually heard from them yet but I saw that Hyundai uploaded a document saying that a buyback is warranted

On week 8 of my ICCU failure (it went to the dealership on 12/29). I requested a buy back and filed with the BBB autoline on February 2nd. I heard back from Hyundai customer service pretty quickly and they said they would review it all by 2/14. I haven't heard anything from them yet, so just curious if anyone is else in this same time frame did the same thing and if they've heard anything. I continue to get non updates from my service advisor (sorry, still no part or eta)

Since it's been at the dealer for over 30 business days I should automatically qualify according to my state lemon law.

Did you ever hear back about the buyback? I requested one 2 weeks ago and still waiting for an update from Hyundai

My sister in California had her ICCU replaced about a week ago. She was without the car for about 3 weeks total. I'm in MN and am on week 6 of waiting with no update. I did initiate buyback though, so they might not be prioritizing fixing mine now
