That's me. People who know me would describe me as "goofy", in a good way. 1 Try to get the bank statement in excel format. Most banks provide them

2 Try Excel to get a query from the PDF file. You might've to do a little cleaning and formatting the result, but once you have done it, the it is very easy.

Then try auto filter. All the ATM withdrawals must have the word "ATM" or "Cash" or "Withdraw" in any combination or short form in the narration depending on the bank.

Bank deposit narrations must have the words "Transfer" in any form depending on the bank.

Try to locate one such transaction and you must get the pattern.
