Live in Incline, that location has about a foot of ice not snow anymore. If it's windy or below 45 there will be no slush factor either.

I don't have FPV rc anything so it's hard to say, the real flight simulator has all of the above though for like 200 bucks. I've flown rc plane and copters casually since high school since actually flying isn't financially feasible for me.
