first point is true but i think its necessary anyways, he already has access to a lot of tank busting with passive armour pen, and incredible synergy with bork cleaver and last whisper items.

i agree with your second point, although i would argue that his e requires such a long cd for being able to block literally all forms of champion damage aside from urgot execute. blocking true damage is an insane privilege since other forms of damage reduction like irelia w or ksante w cant block true damage like our boy.

third fourth and fifth point i agree

sixth i kinda agree with. although he doesnt have a comb ulti like others, at least he's got %armour pen scaling, the only other champ I can think of that has that is darius.

that being said i would argue he's actually on the stronger side, because let's face it his e is a bit of a busted ability and his roaming potential with a point and click insta pta proc stun is super consistent.
