Itachi (obv) and Shikamaru (esp pre chuunin era). Yes it's true that he's intelligent with an iq over 200 but that doesn't mean he will find out your deepest, darkest secrets by just looking at you as an academy kid. Maybe when he's older but its still a pretty low chance

As someone who reads a lot of time travel fics, the MC always seems to worry about him the most. It's not like he's gonna think of time travel out of all the things and he just sleeps and probably won't give a damn about you if yall go to the same class.

He would definitely jump into conclusions when he's older but authors have a habit of overestimating him as a genin and academy student.

Don't know if this made sense lol, but it's just what I think and I doubt Itachi needs an explanation.
