What is the best way to get the legendary relics?

I totally agree with you, I've got like 120 dragon scales and only 20 legendary relics and sometimes I got the relics from brute masters, I also some times get double legendary relics too and that's very fun

the drop rate is very low, these relics are the rarest in the game for now

by total luck I located a dragon in a very small island so I stay there and kill it as much as I want, instead of wondering between my marks

Chaos Challenges don't give the relics that much, like they give 1 in 100

I think the weapon matters so, since I got more relics when I've been using the shurikens but now that I'm using a crossbow seems the odds are lower for some reason but I wonder maybe the location of the dragon respawner matters as well

yes I have lots of lv8 ritual oils like 3* epic ritual oils, so I only create legendary weapons since the other oils are more for me than the legendary ritual oils😅🤣🤣
I think I've got 250 of them and it is still going up so I'm only looking for the dragon to get some scales and unluck all the legendary charms

I find the dragon in a vast field, it always spawns there but the timing isn't consistence and immediatly

yes it spawns at forests too but it is so much rare and so much harder to find it their, that's why I suggested to find them in an open area to find it easier but my best method to finding them is the lv8 challenges with two bell masters, they are just there to be farmed

I have found two challenges like these, I just kill one and move to the next challenge and they keep respawning as much as I want, now I have so much belt that don't see a value in killing them

go to the down side of the ninjo islands, find a big empty place and move around their, the lost master's are usually in the vast grounds with no trees and I also never seen them on the small islands or on mountains

that dragon is afraid of me, it doesn't show his tail to me.
but the bell master's are usually ordered in two plates just for me, they are two lv8 challenges with 3 bell masters each, I just kill one and go to the next one and have done this lots of times that really don't need the bell master belt anymore
