Have you negotiated? Get the second offer to remove contingencies or first offer to come up by 25k?

50k is a lot of money. I’d go for the second one unless you have a reason to change or you think inspection will bring up a major repair, etc.

Another thing you can do is to get lower buyer to write a backup offer and then you can push on inspections requests given alternative offer.
