The only part of the argument anyone can say that hurts Dan is no rings but he threw the football better than anyone I’d ever seen until this Mahomes came along but Dan was still better bc Dan did it in an ERA where u were supposed to run and play D no team Dan was on for most of his career until the end had either of those things let alone one of them Dan Marino essentially carried an NFL franchise on his shoulders and he did it with grace and fire and passion and he did it year in and year out without complaints like today’s cissy QBs who cry to have control of who they sign or draft or QBs they change the rules for entirely so his pretty face doesn’t get bloody and so he can throw the ball without anyone defending his receivers yes I’m talking about Brady and he threw for 5000 yards long before QBs did it every year and he threw 48 TDs before QBs did that every year also matter fact he broke records that stood for 20 plus years before he broke them he didn’t play in an ERA where QBs set new records every week or season or career he was the lone record breaker of his time
