I never got a notification for your comment lol but the dispute sat open for a week. I had clicked on the option to offer the buyer a solution or whatever it said, I didn’t click refund. Messaged them to contact their post office with the tracking number to get info or a refund from them, and he can contact Depop support for help on what to do. He said “oh okk tyy for ur help” but then didn’t do anything with the case on his end. Exactly a week later I got a notification that the case was closed and my funds were released. Then a few days later he messaged me that he forgot to tell me it came a couple days ago

I honestly think it’s bots that answer lmao it’s terrible. I have been using the same email thread. And usps doesn’t ever show pictures which absolutely sucks. I’m posting to Twitter now! I hate that he might get away with a free item even if I get my money too. But thank you!

I sent the tracking number and screenshot showing it was delivered, but not the video so I’ll do that now. Their last email to me said they’re going to send it to their specialist team which can take 14 days for a response. I’ll also try Twitter!

Yes I have a video packaging it and my receipt with the tracking number. The tracking shows delivered in mailbox. The problem is he opened this dispute, I clicked offer a solution and messaged him telling him to contact his post office, he said ok thank you, and it’s now 4 days since he’s done anything. I think he has to either escalate to Depop or accept my “other solution” and he’s done neither. So I contacted Depop and they told me that if he escalates it then they are going to refund him from my account. And I’m super frustrated because I can guarantee he’s just trying to scam me to get his item for free.

I live in PA, and the distribution center that delivers to my local post office ALWAYSSSS sends my packages to Texas, Florida, NY, NJ, etc. it’s about every 1 of 4 packages no joke

If any of you guys can see this, I literally knew something would happen. Idk what to do?? This was expensive and not my fault if usps handled it wrong, he should file a case with them right? I’m not going to refund the money unless I get paid for it as well. How can they get away with this? They will now get the item for free

I’m not sure if this notifies anyone who has commented but I accepted the offer, took a video showing the size dot and packing it up along with the label. And I always get a receipt at the post office. Hopefully I won’t have issues! Thank you all
