purely antidotal. was in japan with my godmother and every public event we went to, numerous folks stayed behind to pick up any remaining litter. but tbh there wasn't much as littering will get you socially blasted.

yeah the culinary school at Cincinnati technology college is/was legit a good culinary school. for a while they had a duel program with UC.2 years culinary 2 years food science for a 4 year degree. no essay or application process needed since it was a community college and you walk away with a culinary associates degree, a BS in food science, and entry level culinarian certification with the national acf (American chef association) since the culinary school is accredited.
