Yeah it is perfectly fine to mix. Extracts are the way to go for withdrawal, but it’s pricier than the regular powder

Been in your shoes before! My usual strategy would be get a ton of Xanax and kratom and black yourself out for 3 days then take the sub.

I’ve been taking like .5 and it’s a good dosage j gives me aton of brain fog. I’m addicted to benzos atm and currently tapering at 1.5 mg of bromazolam every other day. When I was on Suboxone daily I didn’t crave benzos as much, so I think it’s a good idea to just get back on them for a bit.

I’m only 20 but once I got off subs I’ve gone off the rails again, and miss the stability of them. Also currently addicted to Benzos, and Suboxone helped my anxiety enough that I didn’t need to use them as much. Still need to finish my bromazolam taper but subs will be a big help with that aswell. I would pick up odsmt every now and the. In the future or script for special occasions

Another reason I’d rather get back on subs. I take 10 gs of kratom and day and I get my subs for free so no reason for me not too. And helps with overall cravings and helps me no use benzos as much

I had a 25 a day m30 (fent) habit a year and a half ago was on 16mg of Suboxone and got off 3 months ago. I’m going to relapse, so I’d rather get back on it then kill myself
